Technical Consultant (IFS Cloud ERP)-(Dubai)

Role & Responsibilities

• Technical Expertise on IFS Cloud Architecture.
• Cloud-based deployment and using DevOps and IFS technical tools.
• Knowledge of IFS CRIMs and Lobby.
• Integrations between IFS Cloud and third-party applications.
• Knowledge of IFS Developer Studio, Aurena Framework, IFS Connect, and IFS API integrations.
• Knowledge of IoT, RFID, and machine integration with ERP systems.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize IFS Cloud performance.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning in IFS Cloud.
• Good understanding of the Industry 4.0 transformation and Smart Manufacturing.
• Maintain IFS certification status.
• Good Communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills. The ability to work with people at all levels of an organization.
• Designing, configuring, customizing, deploying, and integrating IFS Cloud ERP.
• Develop, test, and deploy modifications using IFS technical tools.
• Creation and management of Custom objects and events. Working with Dialogs and Assistants.
• Logging and Debugging Support.
• Design and implement integrations between IFS Cloud and third-party applications using REST APIs, OData, and middleware tools.
• Develop custom dashboards and IFS Lobbies.
• Creation of Business Intelligence dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in workflows.
• Work closely with functional and business users to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Testing, validation, and solution design of all processes as well as ensuring common controls throughout all modules.
• Liaise with various functional departments to ensure input is being provided and participate in data conversion to support the migration of data, agreements, contracts, items, etc. in the ERP.
• Map the board room to shop floor approach and processes.
• Conducting FIT GAP analysis with business users to develop options for process efficiencies.
• Support the user acceptance testing and quality assurance efforts during the implementation of the new ERP system.
• Cloud Build Place knowledge. Database Server Setup and Configuration. IFS Cloud Installer and Delivery Process.
• In-depth knowledge of the latest advancements of all IFS applications.

Travel Requirement: Travel to all offices in GCC.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree.

IFS Cloud ERP Specialist or Technical Consultant Certified.

5+ years with relevant work experience (preferable in Manufacturing, Production, Shop floor operations, etc).
