Technical Consultant - Attivo and SentinelOne

About the Role

The Technical Consultant is a critical role at Exclusive Networks and covers both Pre-Sales activities as well as Post-Sales implementation and Professional Services projects. The Technical Consultant is responsible for identifying and matching Attivo and SentinelOne technology opportunities with the customer’s business issues and objectives, completing technical installation and Professional Services projects as well as channel partner training and enablement. This position will be primarily in Dubai, UAE but also covers the Middle East region virtually and when necessary, in-person.

The Technical Consultant is a high impact, very prominent role responsible for establishing Exclusive Networks’ Attivo and SentinelOne portfolio and driving business, partner and customer success.

As a Technical Consultant - Attivo and SentinelOne, you will:

1. Engage in and support the EXN and Partner sales teams activities to exceed revenue targets.
2. Collaborate and contribute to the sales process by taking ownership of all technical elements such as needs analysis and technical scoping, solution design and recommendations, building use cases, running demonstrations and Proof of Concept projects and product capability assessment and validations.
3. Build and own relationships with decision makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
4. Assist and support in the presentation of Attivo and SentinelOne solution value propositions to customers and partners.
5. Build long-term business relationships and become a trusted advisor to identify opportunities and up-sell and expand the Exclusive Networks’ Attivo and SentinelOne portfolio.
6. Maintain an advanced level of technical knowledge of Attivo and SentinelOne to be considered a Subject Matter Expert within the customer and partner communities.
7. Leverage and maximize positive reseller partner and customer relationships to increase sales performance.
8. Create and deliver technical product presentations and/or training sessions to channel partners and customers remotely or at customer locations/Exclusive Networks facilities.
9. Maintain accurate and complete records for all activities, projects, and opportunities.
10. Assist technical colleagues across the region with knowledge transfer and project assistance as required.
11. Provide timely and complete reporting as required.
12. Complete accurate and full completion of technical designs and all related documentation.

Requirements

Thorough understanding of one or more of the following areas:

1. Cyber Security Networking
2. Advanced EndPoint Security
3. Endpoint Detection and Response
4. Threat Detection and Hunting
5. Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) and cyber deception solutions
6. Malware, ransomware and advanced persistent threats (APTs).

Additional requirements include:

1. Ability to maintain relationships with technical resources at all levels of a customer organization.
2. Thorough understanding of technical sales techniques and processes including the ability to understand customer needs, overcome objections, assist in the development of business cases, and handle all technical elements of the sale.
3. Engaging and confident presentation style.
4. Flexible, dependable, self-starter, and capable of quickly learning new products and technologies.
5. Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to travel within the Middle East region.
7. Arabic speaker is preferred.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal Technical Consultant – Attivo and SentinelOne will have:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or similar.
2. 5+ years prior reseller or distribution experience in a high-tech sales environment with a demonstrated track record of success in driving customer adoption of technology is a plus.
3. Strong understanding of Cyber Security trends, issues, markets, and vendors and how Attivo and SentinelOne solutions fit in this landscape.
4. Attivo certifications mandatory with SentinelOne certifications as a secondary requirement.
