Technical Consultant-Aconex

Responsibilities

1. System Implementation: Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and tailor the Aconex system and/or any Construction and engineering software to their needs. Guide clients through the implementation process, including data migration, system setup, and user training.
2. Technical Support: Provide timely and efficient technical support to clients experiencing issues or challenges with the Aconex platform and/or any Construction and engineering software. Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to system functionality, integration, and performance.
3. System Configuration: Customize and configure the Aconex system and/or any Construction and engineering software based on clients' project specifications. Ensure the system aligns with best practices and industry standards to optimize efficiency and user experience.
4. Integration and Data Management: Assist clients in integrating Aconex and/or any Construction and engineering software with their existing IT infrastructure and other project management tools. Manage data flow and ensure data integrity throughout the integration process.
5. User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and project teams to maximize their understanding and utilization of the Aconex and/or similar platform. Provide comprehensive training materials and documentation to support user adoption.
6. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest developments and updates related to the Aconex and/or similar platform. Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and recommend best practices to clients.
7. Project Consulting: Offer professional advice and recommendations to clients on how to leverage the Aconex system and/or any Construction and engineering software effectively to streamline project workflows, improve collaboration, and enhance project outcomes.
8. Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong working relationships with clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders. Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and facilitate productive discussions.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

1. Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience working with the Aconex system and/or Any Construction and engineering software, preferably in a consulting or implementation role.
3. Strong technical aptitude and understanding of project management and collaboration tools.
4. Familiarity with construction and engineering industries is a plus.
5. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software applications.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical information to diverse audiences effectively.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards finding solutions.
9. Flexibility to travel to client sites as required.
