Technical Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Support MAFP Ethics Hotline investigations and assist in the development of Ethics Hotline investigation outcome and recommendations reports.
2. Assist in conducting Anti-Money Laundering, Counter Terrorist Financing, and Sanctions risk assessments.
3. Conduct Know-Your-Customer due diligence and Enhanced due diligence screening on future and current customers.
4. Review Employee and third-party Conflict of Interests (CoIs).
5. Review reported Gift, Hospitality & Entertainments (GHEs).

Functional/Technical Competencies:

• Management Systems
• Policy Management
• Investigations
• Know-Your-Customer screening, including WorldCheck One application knowledge
• Ability to establish trusting relationships at all organizational levels

Required Background:

Qualifications/Education:

• MSc in Law, Accounting, Finance, or Risk Management

Experience:

• 5-7 years of Investigations Experience
• Arabic speaker is a plus
