Job Title : Junior IT Administrator (UAE Nationals only)

Job Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Administrator to join our growing IT team. This role will provide essential support for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software. As a Junior IT Administrator, you will work under the guidance of the IT Manager and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of IT support, ensuring systems run efficiently and securely.
Key Responsibilities :
System Maintenance :
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, hardware, and software across the organization.
Network Support :
Support network configuration and ensure optimal performance of local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet connections.
User Support :
Provide IT support to users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Data Backup & Security :
Assist in backing up critical company data and ensuring the integrity and availability of data in case of emergencies.
Hardware & Software Management :
Help manage company hardware (computers, printers, phones, etc.), ensuring devices are in good working condition.
Documentation & Reporting :
Maintain records of IT assets, repairs, software installations, and system configurations.
Collaborate with senior IT staff and learn best practices in system administration.
Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience :
0-2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills :
Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
Communication Skills :
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to assist non-technical staff in resolving IT issues.
Problem-Solving Skills :
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently and under pressure.
Attention to Detail :
Accuracy in documenting issues, system configurations, and tracking IT assets.
