Coordinate on jobs going out till returned back to facility rental jobs.
Coordinate on jobs from Quote stage till execution & Job DispatchedSale Jobs.
Maintain Data base for jobs.
Maintain data base for opportunity lost & won.
Maintain customer feedback forms.
Update & maintain Job files & forward for Invoicing.
Getting End user forms.
Coordinating with finance for credit approvals for new client.
Qualifications :
Qualifications skills and abilities:
Qualifications in Mechanical or Electronic Applications.
The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
Good Oral & written English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Proficient in Excel reporting.
Microsoft Office / Word knowledge is required with strong Excel skills.
Proactive in all work-related pursuits.
Excellent interpersonal Skills & Attitude.
