Technical Architect

Job Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, high-performance systems while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specifications, for future reference.
• Lead and mentor development teams, providing guidance on best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols while implementing architectural frameworks.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of systems to enhance user experience and scalability.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Fit out and Joinery.
• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being a proactive problem solver.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
