Role Purpose:
Manage all enhancements in the Cards Management System.

1. Facilitates channels in communicating with the cards management system for digital and other projects.
2. Manage all enhancements in the Cards Management System.
3. Support cards management system for production issues.
4. Help the team in implementing the payment scheme compliance and mandates.
5. Support all critical issues 24/7 to instantly recover, minimize downtime, and avoid re-occurrence.
6. Plans and closely interacts with Demand Management, digital Channels, e-Banking Manager (Retail), and Cards Manager to develop and participate in defining and executing ADIB digital transformation strategy.
7. Work alongside, support, and motivate delivery teams, and manage stakeholder expectations.
8. Providing input to and influencing the development of the strategy for IT.
9. Play an influential role in IT Management Team to ensure alignment with operational and strategic plans.
10. Escalate impediments, manage risks, ensure value delivery, and drive continuous improvements within Agile delivery squads.
11. Form partnerships with providers, suppliers, and contract resources for new projects.
12. Establish a Centre of Excellence for Integration Services.
13. Attend Market Seminars and Industry Forums to keep abreast of technological trends and best practices.

Operational Excellence:
Assist in managing the Cards Services; implement enhancements and customization for the same.

Others:
Execute adhoc instructions from line manager to achieve business objectives related to ADIB group.

Key Accountabilities of the role:

1. Strategy and Operational Planning: Actively participate in the development of Business Strategy and Operational plans.
2. Industry Awareness: Familiarize with Technology Trends.
3. Project Execution: Participate in Project Planning Documents, Scheduling, Resources Planning, Cost Estimating, and Budgeting.
4. In-house Application Development: Act as a design lead and procure accurate Business Requirements.
5. Operational Support: Implement measures to monitor application performance.
6. Business Strategic Partnership Programs: Establish partnerships with Business Stakeholders.
7. People: Work with all stakeholders in a cohesive manner.
8. Communication: Conduct regular team meetings.
9. Information Security: Maintain information security related to ADIB.
10. Documentation / Process Ownership: Follow required documentation for processes.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

• Experience in IT environment and EFT/Cards Business.
• Project Management Skills preferably PMP certified.
• Four years BS (CS) Degree preferably MS (CS).
• Excellent knowledge of Cards domain and technologies like Tokenization.
• Excellent knowledge of Cards applications such as Prime4, Online, and Fraud Guard.
• Excellent knowledge of VTS, MasterCard simulator, and HSM.
• Excellent knowledge of working with Prime SDK/API and middleware like ESB.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Previous experience:
10 years' experience with a minimum of 5 years in Cards issuance for working on Prime4/Online and FG.
