Interact with vendor support for health check, maintenance & support escalations.
Provide required technical assessment for business enhancement & system upgrade by following change management process.
Support audit review with collected evidence & technical explanation requested for report closure.
Participate & support in rollout of unit initiatives as per assigned tasks by project managers.
Troubleshoot incidents, provide diagnosis, and maintain acceptable operational system performance.
Provide root cause analysis, assist the work around & permanent fix provided by vendors and close incidents & problems as per incident management process.
Escalate to management, risk, showstoppers, high priorities, and impacted cases.
Comply with IT, bank standards & follow the procedures.
Maintain system availability, performance & security within agreed SLA without business impact & financial loss.
Attend business operations calls & provide 1st line technical operational support.
Deliver IT projects tasks assigned for the agreed scoped business requirements, in a timely manner.
Support business continuity by participating in periodic system DR rehearsal, security updates, technology updates, backups, hardware maintenance, software maintenance, license maintenance, and technical design improvement to assigned systems.
Support business with required information & ADHOC reports.
Maintain the service level of vendor support and quality of development.
Comply with training policy and attend assigned awareness sessions to keep up to date on support and technical level of assigned solutions.
Maintain a good working relationship with business stakeholders & professionals.
Maintain the technical documentation of assigned systems to be up to date after every system change.
Take over system support from project technical team after rollout and go live.
