Assist the foreman in case of any technical issues in new vehicle preparation.
Explain technical issues to the customers.
Help technicians having difficulties by advising them in their search for solutions.
Raise CRIs for relevant cases.
Participate in the review of the vehicle with the requesting service advisor and provide technical explanations.
Manage technical tickets.
Carry out road tests prior to the start of work with the customer on critical cases.
Aid the customer on-site in case of emergency.
Inspect and conduct road tests on ready vehicles.
In case of comeback jobs (after verification by test drive etc.) and other customer complaints, inform the service manager, who in turn raises the customer complaint form as per the ISO procedure.
Comply with and implement local laws and client's requirements related to QHSEMS aspects at the workplace, as per the bestowed authority and responsibility.
Perform all activities in compliance with the Company's QHSEMS and assign specific responsibilities.
Carry out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line manager.
