Leadership and management of delivery team responsible for providing customers with the guidance and support needed throughout the full life cycle of implementation to ensure successful and most effective use of Oracle’s products. Responsibilities may be defined by named accounts, geography, product / solutions, or some combination thereof. Recruits, retains, develops, coaches, motivates, and generally manages multiple Account Management and / or Technical delivery resources to attain / exceed defined customer objectives. Responsible for driving a high degree of satisfaction with Oracle's products and related implementation services and ensuring referenceability for continued profitable revenue streams over the long term.
What we are looking for
- 12+ years of experience in Implementation, support or upgrade of Oracle EBS suite of products with at least 1 implementation experience on EBS / SaaS Products on EBS / Oracle Cloud.
- 4+ Years of Experience in Project Management
- Project Budget Management Experience
- Strong process knowledge in the ITIL & project management methodologies
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Experience in Release / Oracle Core Finance / Supply Chain / HCM Modules
- Has real-time hands-on functional / product and / or technical experience; and / or worked with L1 / L2 / L3 level support; and / or having equivalent knowledge.
- Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes, and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios.
- Work with users to troubleshoot and resolve issues, answer business questions, and provide data analysis.
- Should be able to understand business process flow and perform functional testing as per business requirement with appropriate test scripts.
- Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions.
