Identify potential clients and develop business relations; register the company as a pre-qualified vendor.
Track potential projects of target clients, obtain job inquiries, study specifications, visit sites, prepare commercial and technical proposals with assistance from the estimation department, and send these to clients.
Conduct commercial and technical meetings to secure project agreements.
Prepare submittals with the assistance of the submittal team, submit them, and follow up with clients and consultants for approval.
Coordinate internally and externally to deliver projects, handle invoicing, and follow up on and collect payments.
Minimum Qualifications:
Sales experience in projects with the Polyurea system, specifically with Manufacturers, Specialized Contractors, and Traders.
Minimum 3 years of UAE/GCC experience in the specific field as a Sales Manager/Business Development Manager.
Graduate Engineer (preferably in Civil Engineering).
