Team Leader - Tray Setup/Meal Assembly

We are seeking a detail-oriented Team Leader – Tray Setup/meal assembly to oversee airline tray setting operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and productivity standards while leading a team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of catering services.
• Manage productivity to meet budget KPIs, including man minutes per meal and food cost per meal.
• Assign tasks to catering assistants and junior coordinators, ensuring work completion as per schedules.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to team members.
• Oversee flight checks, shortages logs, shift reports, and audits.
• Maintain flight departure records and productivity timings.
• Ensure adherence to production specifications and food hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with HSEQ officers to maintain high hygiene and regulatory standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Secondary education
Experience: Minimum 4 years in-flight catering.

• Understanding of HACCP systems and hygiene management.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and productivity enhancements.
• Competence in managing large production systems.
