Team Leader Tele Sales

We are hiring a Tele Sales Team Leader for our call center tele sales team.

• Team leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of tele-sales agents, fostering a high-performance culture through training and continuous development.
• Monitoring daily sales activities and performance metrics, providing actionable insights and feedback to enhance team productivity.
• We are looking for a hardcore sales professional with extensive inbound and outbound call center experience. The ideal candidate can train, mentor, and guide their team on the floor to drive performance and exceed targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred to ensure a strong foundational knowledge.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tele-sales, with at least 2 years in a Tele Sales Team Handling, Leadership role to demonstrate proven success.
• Hindi spoken is a must.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

09 hours shift, 01 hour break time, 06 days working, 01 day fixed off in a week.
