Team Leader Logistics

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualification: BSC Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent degree.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills:

1. At least 10 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas Logistics, inventory & warehouse management with at least 5 years in a Senior Supervisory role.
2. In-depth knowledge in relevant Oil & Gas warehouse, tendering, inventory policies and processes in addition to relevant regulations.
3. Sound knowledge in Oil & Gas production/drilling operations.
4. Very good knowledge of English (verbal & written).
5. Excellent computing skills including MS Office.
6. Professional Certifications:
1. Certified Warehouse Logistics Professional (CWLP) preferred.
2. Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) preferred.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

1. Understanding of the Logistics and supply chain function in general and Logistics in the oil/gas industry context in particular.
2. Understanding of Company’s business processes and the influences on them.
3. Willingness to challenge outmoded practices and introduce new approaches.
4. Understanding Marine Regulations and Requirements.
