We seek an experienced and highly motivated Listing Team Leader to join our growing real estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi. The Listing Team Leader will oversee and manage property listings, ensuring their accuracy, visibility, and timely updates across multiple platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of the local real estate market, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, agents, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the team with high skills in leadership and professionalism.
Coordinate and manage all property listings from initial acquisition through to closing, ensuring that each listing is complete, accurate, and up to date.
Create compelling property descriptions and coordinate high-quality photographs, floor plans, and virtual tours for listings.
Ensure that all properties are correctly listed across multiple online platforms, including the company website, real estate portals, and social media channels.
Act as the primary point of contact for sellers, working with them to ensure their listings are properly marketed.
Provide regular updates to property owners on listing activity, including viewings, inquiries, and feedback.
Assist in handling any special requirements for high-profile clients or luxury properties.
Conduct regular market research to ensure properties are priced competitively.
Assist with pricing strategies by providing relevant data on recent market trends and comparable properties.
Work closely with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure a seamless process from listing through to sale.
Assist agents with listing presentations and help them manage their property portfolios effectively.
Maintain accurate records of all listed properties, including documents, contracts, and client correspondence.
Generate weekly or monthly reports on listing performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Use property management software and CRM systems to streamline and track listing processes.
Stay up to date on the latest real estate technologies and trends to enhance the visibility of listings.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar listing management or real estate administrative role. Experience in Abu Dhabi or the UAE real estate market is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate CRM systems (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, etc.).
Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field. Relevant certifications in real estate are a plus.
