About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join our Front Office team at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  1. Overseeing the team's daily operations, motivating and guiding them to achieve organizational goals.
  2. Creating and enforcing timelines to meet targets and delegate tasks effectively.
  3. Demonstrating compassion, honesty, and integrity in all actions to set a positive example for the team.
  4. Ensuring all personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended to professionally and discreetly.
  5. Briefing staff on duties before shifts and compile duty rosters, making changes as necessary.
  6. Preparing reports and maintain appropriate filing systems for accurate record-keeping.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Previous Experience in Fidelio/Opera and HotSos.
  3. Proficient in English and a second language (Russian, German, Arabic or French) would be an added advantage.
  4. At least 2-3 years of experience as a Team Leader in a luxury hotel.
  5. Exposure to working with a multi-cultural team.
