Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader - Food & Beverage located in Dubai. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations in the Food & Beverage department, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, providing training, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining team leadership to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Food Safety and Food & Beverage management skills
• Customer Service experience and skills
• Team Leadership and Training skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality is a plus
• Relevant certifications in food safety and management desired
