Job description

Job Purpose:

To carry out maintenance activities in a timely manner ensuring quality of work and good workmanship to comply with Health, Safety, and Environment standards.

Functional Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor, manage, and maintain records of all equipment, tools, materials, and spare parts on the assigned site.
  2. Execute the assigned work orders within the defined SLAs and ensure that work orders are closed on time and escalated as necessary.
  3. Prepare and submit completion maintenance service reports.
  4. Perform good workmanship, use quality materials, and comply with health and safety standards.
  5. Perform duties with initiative, teamwork, and coordination that enhance skills and abilities.
  6. Ensure building fit-out and structures are maintained in good condition and presentable state.
  7. Promote and perform good customer service to clients/tenants' satisfaction.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  9. Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the pursuit of facilities management strategic goals and objectives consistent with overall policies, including ISO standards, ensuring efficient and safe operation of the facilities/units.
  10. Ensure all contractors meet health & safety requirements in accordance with civil defense and other regulatory bodies, including fire systems, A/C systems, etc.

Skills and Experience:

  1. 4 to 5 years of local experience in a similar role.
  2. School grade pass with practical experience in the civil field.
  3. Attention to detail and concern for quality & safety.
