Job Purpose: Provide & deliver a professional one-stop customer service and create a positive impression of the bank via email correspondence in line with the bank's established standards.

Position: Customer Care Executive (Immediate Joining) - Females

Responsibilities:

  1. Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
  2. Manage warranty products with strong communication and customer service skills.
  3. Engage in branding, market research, customer engagement, and feedback collection.
  4. Support customer care in managing handovers and organizing documentation.
  5. Collaborate with teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong communication and organizational skills.

  3. Graduate qualification preferred.
