Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Procurement & Operations Performance, the Team Leader - CREWS will assist the provision of workplace services including reception and other workplace duties where designated, to deliver outstanding customer service to building occupants and stakeholders.

Job Accountabilities

As Team Leader - CREWS, your role will involve:

  1. Supporting the delivery of operational workplace services including front of house and any other workplace services ensuring tasks are delivered to the defined standard and customer expectations.
  2. Supporting workplace supplying with onsite external providers, to ensure that the suppliers deliver all processes and services run smoothly.
  3. Taking accountability for participating in the performance management cycle.
  4. Taking action to improve performance on the job.
  5. Supervising assigned team members’ daily activities related to performance metrics, behaviors and company and regulatory guidelines.
  6. Coaching employees on behaviors and activities with the goal of performance improvement, and direct selection, technical training, and career development of personnel.
  7. Creating and implementing plans that will improve individual, team, and business performance, and maintaining thorough and current working knowledge of procedures, methods, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications

To be successful in your role, you will need:

  1. Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent), and internal experience and managing people for 2 years.
  2. Understanding of Insurance, corporate savings and pensions / end of service benefits being strongly preferred.
  3. Previous experience working within an international and diverse cultural organization would be beneficial.

Skills:

  1. Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  2. Accuracy and Attention to details.
  3. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office packages Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills both written and verbal in English.
  5. Change Management
  6. Project/Program Management
