Team Leader - Automotive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Team Leader to manage, supervise, and guide a team of automotive technicians in delivering excellent service quality at our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities of workshop technicians.
• Allocate and supervise repair tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor job progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide guidance, training, and technical support to team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain effective communication with Service Advisors, Supervisor, Parts Department, and Management.
• Assist in resolving complex customer or technical issues promptly.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or ITI in Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an automotive workshop environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
• Proven experience managing or supervising teams.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
