Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader with a strong background in handling credit card sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales team and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of applications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience as Team Leader in credit card sales is mandatory.
• Candidates with 3 years UAE experience can apply, as TL will be considered.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary: AED 6,000 - AED 8,000 + Incentives
• All benefits as per UAE labour law.
