Job Vacancy: Team Leader

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Team Leader to join our office at Merveille Investments in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, guide team members, and ensure smooth and efficient workflow across all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage daily office activities to maintain efficiency and productivity.
2. Lead, train, and inspire team members to meet organizational goals.
3. Coordinate and oversee task allocation, scheduling, and team workflows.
4. Collaborate with departments to enhance communication and ensure seamless execution of tasks.
5. Prepare and present performance reports to management.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and address challenges proactively.
7. Assist in implementing strategies to optimize operations and improve team performance.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a team leader or in a similar role (2 years minimum).
2. Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
6. Flexible and solution-oriented mindset.
