Team Lead - Software Development

We are urgently hiring for the role of Team Lead

Location - Dubai

Job Description

• Manage a team of 5-10 people
• 10+ years of experience
• Coordinate with PM, BA, Dev and QA teams to ensure delivery
• Align with Solution and data architect for delivery
• Develop software solutions from documented requirements & design
• Responsible for defect triaging and transition to support
• Participation in the software development lifecycle: development, unit tests, documentation, maintenance of software in the GUI, business logic and database layers.
• Produce clear, readable and maintainable code
• Excellent understanding of .Net Core 6 or higher, C# (10 or higher), WebAPI, Blazor, WebAssembly & PWA, HTML, CSS (Bootstrap), jQuery & JavaScript, Oracle 19c, MongoDB, SQL Server, .Net Core Micro Service Implementations using Kafka/RabbitMQ, Xamarin/MAUI
• Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices
• Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion and provide status reports where required
• Handle the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines
• Minimum 8 years experience as a Developer (Lead Developer would be a plus)
• Minimum 6 years experience with .NET Core 6 or higher, C# (10 or higher)
• Experienced with Oracle 19c
• Good experience and knowledge using Blazor, .NET, C#, HTML, XML, jQuery, WCF
• IIS source code version control system (BitBucket)
• Define and provide KPIs to management
