Company Overview:

Orora International is a creative events agency, delivering innovative and memorable experiences. We’re seeking a highly motivated Team Lead to oversee and manage all departments, ensuring seamless workflows, high-quality deliverables, and strong team performance.

Position Overview:

The Team Lead will act as the General Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency, managing teams across video production, 2D/3D design, account management, sales, HR, and accounting. Reporting to shareholders, you’ll ensure optimal performance, client satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate teams across various departments, ensuring alignment with agency goals, task distribution, and timely project delivery.
  • Workflow & Project Management: Manage day-to-day project flow, ensuring clear communication and efficient coordination between teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
  • Client Relations: Support account managers in maintaining client satisfaction, attending key client meetings, and ensuring the agency delivers on client expectations.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, financials, resource allocation, and process improvement to optimize agency efficiency and profitability.
  • HR & Talent Management: Oversee and handle HR functions, including recruitment, employee development, and performance reviews, while fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Sales & Business Development: Work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding the agency's client base.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to shareholders, tracking KPIs and overall business performance, and offering strategic insights for growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a creative or agency environment.
  • Excellent reporting skills using Excel, email or other softwares.
  • Strong understanding of creative processes or events preferred.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and overseeing workflows.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Solid business acumen, including financial oversight and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and office software.
