Job description
Travel

Key Responsibilities
  • To assist the Team with business travel bookings, visa application, ticketing, hotel accommodation, transfer arrangements internal meeting itineraries.
  • Coordinate with the Consulates & Embassies for issuance of the travel documentation/ visas.
  • Coordinate with the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) offices for the legal documentation required for the visa procedures.
Immigration & Visa
  • Apply and obtain visas from Embassies and Consulates in United Arab Emirates (UAE) for Macro Trading / Structuring / Structured Credit Trading / Structured Rates Trading staff members for their business travel.
  • Arrange processing of attestation of employee qualifications as required by the immigration / country law.
  • Provide service, support and assistance to new and existing employees on their requirements such as family visas, liquor license, car registrations, accommodation and legal requirements to ensure that Public Relationship (PR) services are provided as required.
  • Deal with general enquiries regarding the functions promptly and efficiently to enhance the level of department service.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of the company and employee documents at all times.
E-Procurement & Information Technology Service Requests
  • Raise e-procurement & Information Technology requests as per the Team’s requirements. Macro Trading Africa & Middle East (AME)/ Structuring / Structured Credit Trading / Structured Rates Trading & Egypt Trading staff /Capital Market Products and Solutions (CMPS) Staff.
  • Coordinate with the Finance department on the processing of the payments raised on e-procurement.
  • Ensure maintenance & adequate supply of stationery for the Team.
  • Raise SRM requests as per user’s request in consultation with the Line Manager and the Information Technology (IT) Team.
Onboarding / Offboarding Checklist
  • Raise Onboarding checklist / offboarding checklist requests for New Joiner / mover and leaver. (Macro Trading Africa & Middle East (AME))/ Structuring / Structured Credit Trading / Structured Rates Trading & Egypt Trading staff.
Processes
  • To provide strong support to the Macro Trading Team - Middle East & North Africa (MENA) & Africa, / Structuring Team / Structured Credit Trading / Structured Rates Trading & Egypt Trading staff by ensuring smooth operations/ functioning of business on day-to-day basis providing reliable administrative support.
  • Supporting a team of 10 traders in Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region and 30 traders of Africa & Europe region.
  • Structuring Team Africa & Middle East (AME) 7 Staff.
  • Structured Credit Trading – 4 Traders.
  • Structured Rates Trading & G10 – 3 Traders.
  • X-Value Adjustment (XVA) - 4 Traders.
  • Capital Market Products and Solutions (CMPS) – 2 Staff.
