Teaching Assistant

Assist the teacher in developing and implementing lesson plans.

Support the teacher in maintaining discipline and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.

Help students with their assignments and provide individualized instruction when needed.

Assist with grading and evaluating students' work.

Collaborate with the teacher to identify and address students' learning needs.

Monitor and record students' progress and communicate with parents and caregivers.

Supervise students during lunch breaks, recess, and other non-classroom activities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
2. Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Patience and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
5. Effective organizational and time management skills.
6. Knowledge of instructional techniques and strategies.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
