Teaching Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• An outstanding teaching assistant with experience and expertise in supporting outstanding teaching and learning.
• Must be able to take over class duties when the teacher is absent and follow basic lesson plans as well as safety, operational, feeding, and hygiene elements of the role.
• To help set up the activity areas for the daily program and to help tidy away at the end of the day.
• To advise the manager of any concerns, e.g., about children or safety of equipment.
• To attend regular staff meetings.
• To communicate with colleagues and children.
• Be aware of and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education or Cache Level 2.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with any school or nursery in UAE.
• Must have strong communication skills in English.
• Team player.
• Enthusiasm, dedication, and a good work ethic.
