Teacher of Science

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic teacher to join our growing Science department from 18th August 2024.

PACE British School Sharjah is a UK National Curriculum school and a member of COBIS and BSME. All teachers are UK (or equivalent) qualified.

PACE British School was opened in 2019 and now has over 2000 students ranging from Foundation Stage 1 to Year 13.

We offer the Edexcel IGCSE Double Award, Separate Sciences and the International Advanced levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

We start our IGCSE courses in Year 9 in order to cover the content, as we have a 4-day week in Sharjah.

The right candidate will have a passion for outstanding teaching and learning, an ability to meet individual needs, enthusiasm for the subject, and the ability to instill that enthusiasm in others. Experience of EAL/ESL teaching would be an advantage.

2. Experience of the UK National Curriculum including GCSEs or IGCSEs;
