As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the first steps of our students’ educational journey. By delivering an engaging, play-based curriculum, you will nurture children’s curiosity, confidence, and independence.

About Al Rabeeh Academy

Opened in 2017, our beautiful, purpose-built campus is part of a growing network of schools. Since 1979, the Al Rabeeh name has been synonymous with excellence in education and pastoral care in Abu Dhabi.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a teacher who can demonstrate:

1. Exceptional knowledge of Early Years education and the EYFS framework.
2. The ability to create a vibrant, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
3. Experience with current UK educational initiatives and developments.
4. A passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to achieving the highest standards.
5. The ability to support creative and play-based learning while fostering foundational skills for lifelong learning.
6. Confidence in using technology to enhance learning experiences.
7. Experience in using observation and assessment to track and support student progress.
8. A genuine love for working with young children and an understanding of their developmental needs.

Qualifications And Experience

Applicants must be fluent English speakers, hold a relevant degree and Early Years teaching qualification, and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching in schools that follow the National Curriculum of England.

Proven ability to plan and deliver a creative, child-centred curriculum.

Experience teaching EAL (English as an Additional Language) students is desirable but not essential.
