Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or related field
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA qualification or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience teaching EAL/ESL in a school setting
• Experience in developing and implementing effective language acquisition programs
• Knowledge of EAL assessment frameworks and language proficiency benchmarks
• Understanding of differentiated teaching strategies for language learners
• Experience in supporting classroom teachers with EAL integration strategies
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and students
• Knowledge of current EAL methodologies and international best practices
• Experience working with students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
• Familiarity with content and language integrated learning approaches (CLIL)
