Aldar Education is currently seeking a Teacher - EYFS for Noya British School to support our growing family of owned and operated schools in the UAE.

Responsibilities
Main Duties:
- Deliver lessons that inspire students to succeed.
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Good communication at all levels.
- Develop positive relationships with all members of the school community.
- Plan engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
- Liaise with colleagues and work flexibly.
- Work with parents to ensure the happiness and best academic outcomes for all children.
- Cooperate with curriculum support staff to support children's development.
Specific Duties:
- Clear understanding of the Curriculum.
- Organise classroom provision and learning resources.
- Plan, prepare, and present sessions for the whole ability range.
- Motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative teaching.
- Observe and assess children in line with school assessments.
- Reflect on classroom provision and adjust planning accordingly.
- Meet with other professionals if required.
- Ensure the Noya British School Teacher and Learner DNA language and attitudes are embedded throughout the curriculum.
Assessment and Data:
- Take responsibility for the progress of a class.
- Meet requirements for assessing and recording student development.
- Use data from assessments to influence planning and intervention.
- Provide feedback to parents on student progress.
Behavior Management:
- Follow the school's behaviour policy.
- Manage classes effectively and maintain good relationships with pupils.
- Be a positive role model and promote self-control and independence.
Wider Professional Responsibilities:
- Support planning, assessment, and special events.
- Participate in school events, outings, and activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student achievements.
- Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school.
- Run a weekly ECA each term.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
Minimum Experience:
- 1-2 years Teaching experience.

- Previous experience working with students for whom English is not their first language.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child.

- Recent involvement in extra-curricular activities.

- A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check.
