TCS Bancs Product Engineer

Notice Period: 90 Days (Maximum)

Work Mode: Onsite

Minimum 5 years of Product experience in Bancs - Core Banking product (TCS)

Responsibilities:

1. Working experience on handling customization requirement and along with good knowledge of product capability
2. Experience in handling Bancs Interfacing requirements
3. Need to have experience of direct interaction with Clients
4. Good understanding of Bancs Product Architecture & Customization layers
5. Experience in handling varying Customization requirements and best practices to be followed
6. Experience in best practices to be followed in Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions)
7. Experience in Unix shell scripting and Report designing
8. Bancs Payment Module Functional knowledge
9. Good understanding of Banking domain and terminologies used
10. Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices
11. Experience in Agile methodology
12. Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization
13. Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies
14. Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness, by sharing deep knowledge and experience
15. Self-motivator and self-starter
16. Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization
17. Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
