Tax Manager

We are hiring a tax professional to manage tax strategy, corporate tax, ensure accuracy in tax returns, and recommend adjustments for compliance.

Based in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

1. Document transactions during mergers and acquisitions.
2. Stay up to date on tax laws.
3. Minimize risks of under or overpayment.
4. Oversee audits and build maintain tax strategies.
5. File returns.
6. Act as a mentor to the tax team, ensuring accuracy and leading internal tax initiatives.
7. Build strong relationships with accounting heads, offering planning and expertise.
8. Manage tax provisions, audits, and process improvements, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
