Aldar Education is seeking a high-performing Elementary Coordinator for an August 2024 start at ADNOC School – Ghayathi Campus, Western Region in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities :

• Support middle/senior leaders in promoting and developing a vision for the future of the school
• Play a significant role in school improvement planning
• Contribute to the identification of key areas of strength and weakness in the school
• Develop and enhance a culture of teamwork
• Contribute to the self-evaluation of the school
• Maintain a high profile as an example of best practices within the classroom
• Lead, develop, and monitor whole school assessment
• Carry out regular Teaching & Learning reviews
• Share responsibility for the analysis of key school performance data
• Oversee the development of effective timetabling
• Coach and develop staff
• Support the target-setting process
• Implement strategies to promote high standards of behavior
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes achieved from classroom practice
• Lead the development of a core subject throughout the school
• Contribute to the creation of a positive school ethos
• Manage the day-to-day activities of delegated areas of responsibility
• Carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by the principal
