Tax Compliance Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Accurately preparing and filing federal and state tax returns in a timely manner.
2. Developing tax strategies to assist clients in being tax-compliant.
3. Identifying tax problems and developing solutions.
4. Completing responses and schedules in preparation for income tax audits.
5. Monitoring developments in tax legislation.
6. Reviewing tax returns.
7. Informing management and staff of developments in tax legislation.
8. Supervising members of the tax team to ensure that tax returns are completed correctly.
9. Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
