The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing operations within the government services sector, with a strong focus on Tasheel services. This role requires a seasoned professional who can lead a team, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the Tasheel center, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Lead and manage a team of service agents, providing training, support, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with all UAE government regulations and Tasheel-specific guidelines.
Monitor operational metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic operational plans.
Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring all transactions are documented and compliant with legal requirements.
Liaise with government authorities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, specifically within the Tasheel or government services sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and government procedures related to Tasheel services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using computer applications and office software.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
