Job Title: Talent Development Manager

Job Summary
The Talent Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing talent development programs that support the bank’s strategic objectives. This role involves identifying skill gaps, developing leadership pipelines, and fostering a high-performance culture through training, coaching, and career development initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management and HR teams to ensure the continuous growth and retention of top talent within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Development Strategy
- Develop and implement talent development strategies aligned with the bank’s business goals.
- Lead initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline and succession planning programs.
- Identify emerging skills and competencies required for future workforce readiness.
Training & Learning Programs
- Design and manage training programs, including e-learning, instructor-led workshops, and blended learning solutions.
- Partner with external training providers to deliver high-quality development programs.
- Ensure training programs comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Employee Development & Career Progression
- Develop career pathways and internal mobility programs to enhance employee retention.
- Work with department heads to assess and address individual development needs.
- Implement mentorship and coaching programs to support career growth.
Performance Management & Leadership Development
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to optimize performance management frameworks.
- Design leadership development programs to strengthen managerial capabilities.
- Introduce assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track employee growth.
Engagement & Culture Building
- Support initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Lead employee engagement surveys and develop action plans for improvement.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the talent development strategy.
Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelors degree minimum requirement
- 8 years minimum in Talent Development
- Banking sector experience is non negotiable
- Native/Bilingual Arabic Speaker required
