Job Description

1. Develop and implement learning strategies and programs to support employee growth and career development.
2. Manage and deliver blended learning solutions (e-learning, workshops, coaching, mentoring).
3. Assess skills gaps and collaborate with HRBPs, functional leaders and capability leaders to create impactful training initiatives.
4. Promote a culture of continuous learning through innovative and engaging learning experiences.

2. Talent Management & Succession Planning

1. Develop and manage succession planning frameworks to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
2. Identify high-potential employees and establish tailored development programs.
3. Support career progression initiatives and internal mobility programs.

3. Performance Management (End-to-End)

1. Lead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews.
2. Provide guidance on performance coaching, feedback mechanisms, and improvement plans.
3. Partner with business leaders to enhance manager capability in driving high performance.

4. Business Partnering & Strategic Talent Initiatives

1. Work closely with HRBPs and leadership teams to align talent and development strategies with business goals.
2. Provide insights and recommendations on organizational capability and workforce development.
3. Support change management and transformation initiatives through talent development programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR Business Partnering.
3. Proven expertise in performance management and succession planning; experience in recruitment is an added advantage.
4. Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
