Talent Development Coordinator

In this role, you’ll collaborate with managers to design personalized growth paths, track progress, and provide actionable data to help assess performance and guide career development. Tasks you will work on:

1. Growth Strategy Development: Design and implement personalized growth plans for employees across different departments, optimizing strategies to meet both individual and organizational objectives.
2. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Work closely with managers to define and track employee growth and performance metrics; analyze data and provide regular insights to stakeholders.
3. Employee Engagement and Development: Develop systems to track employee progress, identify skill gaps, and create targeted development programs to support career advancement.
4. Training and Mentoring Support: Collaborate with managers and mentors to identify training needs and create customized learning paths that align with each role’s responsibilities.
5. Market Analysis and Feedback Management: Analyze trends in employee development, feedback from surveys and performance reviews; report insights and recommendations to improve growth initiatives.

Things that you need to succeed in this job:

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or human resources
2. Experience with: Performance Management Systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Data Analysis & Reporting Tools
3. Proficient in English (Other languages are a big plus)
