Maintain a database for resumes for future facilitation of recruitment needs.
Assist in the recruitment and hiring process.
Manage the entire recruitment process from coordinating interviews to contracting and Heartists arrivals.
Establish and maintain effective Heartists relations.
Coordinate with all departments regarding Talent & Culture related activities.
Coordinate with the PRO to obtain Heartists visas and manage the arrival process of new Heartists.
Be responsible for the audit of the related work area.
Maintain Heartists files by regularly filing documents.
Develop and maintain confidential departmental Heartists files, documents, and databases.
Coordinate the Heartists recruitment process, ensuring search documentation is accurate, consistent, and complete.
Communicate with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other Heartists.
