Job description

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate recruitment within the UAE and a proven ability to attract, hire, and retain top talent in the industry. This role requires expertise in sourcing real estate agents, Listing Agents, brokers, sales executives, leasing consultants, and other key real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top real estate talent in the UAE market.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles including real estate agents, property consultants, sales and leasing executives, and administrative staff.
  • Utilize multiple recruitment channels including job portals, social media, headhunting, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidates meet the company’s standards.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure quick fulfillment of hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and real estate licensing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market salaries, and competitor hiring strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in real estate recruitment in the UAE (minimum 3-5 years).
  • Strong understanding of the UAE real estate industry and recruitment best practices.
  • Experience hiring for brokerage firms, property developers, and real estate consultancies.
  • Familiarity with real estate licensing processes (RERA certification, ADM broker registration, Think Prop, etc.).
  • Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills with a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment software is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced real estate environment.
  • Strong network of real estate professionals in the UAE.
  • This is a full-time office-based role in Abu Dhabi and requires relocation.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
