Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify potential hires, build relationships, and enhance our employer brand to attract the best professionals in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referral programs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit. - Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication.
• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top workplace.
• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns. - Hiring Process & Compliance
• Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, reference checks, and offers.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software to manage candidate data efficiently.
• Stay updated on labor laws, hiring regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring processes.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
