Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify potential hires, build relationships, and enhance our employer brand to attract the best professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
    • Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referral programs.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
    • Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.
  2. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication.
    • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top workplace.
    • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns.
  3. Hiring Process & Compliance
    • Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, reference checks, and offers.
    • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software to manage candidate data efficiently.
    • Stay updated on labor laws, hiring regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  3. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring processes.
  4. Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
