Due to the continued growth and high demand for our services, we are looking to hire an experienced Full Desk Recruiter.

Position Summary: The ideal candidate will be required to be on the phone 90% of the time contacting and interviewing candidates. The successful candidate must be self-motivated and supports our mission, shares our values, and embraces our company culture.

Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, Morning / Afternoon Shift, 48 hours / week

Work Type: On-site

Location: Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Drive the full recruitment cycle - Recruit and build relationships with clients nationwide, while identifying and developing new business opportunities across different sectors.
• Qualify, present, and recommend candidates that meet the needs of our clients by evaluating the best candidate fit per the requirements of the client, including candidate personality, work experience, skillset, references, and other applicable information.
• Coach candidates through various stages throughout the interview process, while managing the client and their expectations throughout the recruitment placement process.
• Posting Jobs to online job boards and recruitment databases.
• Targeted searches and sourcing.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years experience as a full-cycle recruiter, who has experience with handling multiple industries (e.g. healthcare, hospitality, oil & gas), including at least 2 years of experience in the GCC market.
• Must have a bachelor's degree.
• Must have experience working in staffing & recruiting agencies (We do not prefer candidates with in-house recruiting experience only).
• Must be able to meet the KPI set by the company.
