The client is an international Pharmaceutical company with manufacturing plants across the Middle East, Asia and Africa.

The Role

Responsibilities

Our client is currently looking for a qualified Talent Acquisition Specialist candidate who will be based in UAE and will be having the following key responsibilities:

• Manage Talent sourcing channels to post vacancies and source for qualified candidates.
• Utilize the company's ATS system to manage vacancies and screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
• Review received applications against the job requirements and conduct initial screening calls to applicants, when required, and filter out unmatched applications.
• Share shortlisted applications with the respective department and arrange interviews for selected applications.
• Develop the Job Offer for selected candidates and obtain required approvals prior to releasing the offer to candidates.
• Negotiate Job Offers and joining dates with candidates.
• Continuously follow up with selected candidates throughout their notice period to ensure their joining to the company.
• Assist the respective Business Units in the on-boarding process of new joiners.
• Develop, maintain, and update Job Descriptions for all positions.
• Develop Recruitment related reports as requested by the Head of HR.

The Candidate

The client is looking for candidates who meet the following specifications:

• Holding a Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or closely related field.
• Having 2+ years of relevant Recruitment experience within the Pharmaceuticals industry.
• Having strong background and understanding of HR and Recruitment practices and principles.
• Having strong working experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Having strong working experience with HRMS/ERP systems and MS Office applications.
• Proficiency in English language is a must.
