Job description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with exceptional sourcing skills and deep knowledge of roles in the creative, graphics, advertising, and agency sectors. This role involves managing a high volume of freelance and short-term contract positions simultaneously, often with tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for 10 to 15 positions simultaneously, primarily for freelance and short-term contract roles in creative, graphics, advertising, and agency settings.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent across multiple disciplines.
  • Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases, and social media) to source and connect with candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pool of freelancers and short-term professionals for immediate and future requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening to assess fit for specific roles, including skills, experience, and availability.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure clarity on job requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Stay updated on trends and developments in creative, advertising, and graphics roles to target the right talent effectively.
  • Handle last-minute and high-priority hiring requests with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in sourcing and recruiting for creative, graphics, advertising, or agency roles.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of positions concurrently while maintaining quality and speed.
  • Deep knowledge of roles such as graphic designers, copywriters, art directors, creative strategists, account managers, and others in the advertising and creative sectors.
  • Exceptional sourcing skills, including advanced Boolean search techniques and innovative talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • A results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
