Job Overview:

Waves Investments & Properties L.L.C is on the lookout for a dedicated talent acquisition specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on identifying and recruiting skilled sales professionals for positions within our real estate brokerage. Your expertise in sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates will be crucial in building a strong team that can effectively assist clients in buying and selling residential and commercial properties. By leveraging your strong communication and relationship-building skills, you will contribute to our goal of enhancing our reputation as a trusted boutique brokerage while ensuring we attract the best candidates to maximize our clients' investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with real estate leadership to understand specific hiring needs for agents, brokers, and other sales roles within the brokerage.
  2. Create and maintain tailored job descriptions that reflect the requirements, skills, and responsibilities of various sales positions in the real estate sector.
  3. Proactively source, attract, and engage top real estate sales talent through various channels, including social media, real estate job boards, networking events, and local real estate associations.
  4. Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to evaluate candidates on their real estate knowledge, sales capabilities, and cultural fit within our brokerage.
  5. Manage the candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
  6. Utilize data-driven approaches to track and analyze recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement in our hiring processes.
  7. Promote our employer brand and unique culture to attract diverse and qualified candidates who align with our values in the real estate market.
  8. Stay informed about trends in real estate sales and best practices in talent acquisition to effectively enhance our recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the real estate or sales sectors.
  3. Strong understanding of real estate roles, including agents, brokers, and support staff, and the attributes that lead to success in those positions.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  5. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, real estate recruitment platforms, and other relevant recruitment tools.
  6. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
