Talent Acquisition Specialist

General Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will assist in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, while providing a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and resume screening.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
4. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
5. Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
6. Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
7. Support with various administrative tasks, such as preparing offer letters and reference checks.
8. Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Talent Acquisition.

Qualification Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or a related HR field.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Experience with recruitment tools and job boards is a plus (LinkedIn).
6. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
7. Strong interest in HR and talent acquisition.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate initiative.
9. Ability to take direction, work independently and in teams with minimal supervision.
