Job description

We are seeking talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to meet the organization's strategic objectives.

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring divisions. Collaborate with senior management to understand organizational goals and workforce needs. Stay informed about industry trends, talent pools, and innovative recruiting techniques.

Responsibilities:

  1. Job Posting: Edit and publish job advertisements across a range of online channels including LinkedIn and other job platforms.
  2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods such as headhunting to identify and attract qualified candidates. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive outreach. Leverage social media, job boards, and industry networks for talent acquisition.
  3. Candidate Assessment: Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet job requirements. Conduct initial interviews through phone calls or online meetings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring clear communication. Facilitate interview processes, ensuring timely and constructive feedback. Attend meetings with stakeholders to understand their hiring requirements and advise on recruitment best practices.
  5. Employer Branding: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking activities.
  6. Offer Management: Negotiate job offers with candidates. Manage pre-employment processes, such as reference checks if needed.
  7. Employee Onboarding: Coordinate with the Onboarding team, PRO, and HRBP to initiate the onboarding stages for selected candidates.
  8. Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), utilizing data for reporting and process improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience.
  • Minimum Experience: 2-4 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
